Your first visit to NOBIA. We begin with a gentle assessment of your health, lifestyle and what your body needs, then move into a full-body lymphatic drainage treatment, working head to toe and then toe to head.

We finish with a slow chat over a cup of tea, your aftercare plan, and a tea blend to take home.

The Salt Ritual

An exclusive ritual held on limited dates within the Noosa Salt Cave, surrounded by a Himalayan salt wall as fine, dry salt fills the air.

Your treatment is intuitively personalised and may include massage across the face, scalp, neck, décolletage and arms, or the back, shoulders, scalp and arms, combined with gentle breathwork and energy healing.
